There is just one problem I have with Instant Loan America. I have had loans before and car loans. I paid more than my monthly payment on every loan I've had and they always put the extra I paid toward the principal and I paid some loans off early.But when I paid more than my monthly payment they put it towards the interest. Would anyone in their right mind want to pay extra payments toward the interest? What I don't understand is Instant Loan America was putting the extra payments toward interest and never called me to let me know that the extra payments were not going toward the principal and they are professionals in the loan business so not just them but anyone on earth would know that I wasn't wanting my extra payments going to my interest.So I paid a couple extra payments. A $25 and a $50 and I think another $25 extra payment. I looked online and it didn't look like my extra payments were going to the principal so I called them and they said they did get the extra payments and they were applied to interest. I said who would want to pay extra interest payments and she said for the extra payments to go on principal that I had to call them on the due date and it would go towards the principal. After that I made a couple or more $100 extra payment by doing what she said and I looked online and it didn't show the extra $100 I paid except for the one I made last month in Sept. I called them and they said they didn't know why it didn't show up online so I don't know for sure that the extra payments I made went to principal except for my Sept payment which shows the extra payment. I think when billing saw my first extra payment was going to interest that they should have contacted me."
